Returns
It is not necessary to return a defective item. To get a refund, ensure your product has one of the problems mentioned in the "Eligibility" section.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, ensure your item has one of the problems mentioned in the "Eligibility" section. Contact us via email or chat to request a refund or if you have any questions. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Eligibility
We only offer returns and refunds for products that are defective or damaged. If you believe the printing of your product is faulty, you can send us a message, and we will evaluate the condition of the printing via photos. If we determine that it is eligible for a refund, we will refund the original amount paid to you as store credit unless the customer says otherwise (original payment method). Refunds cannot be issued following a customer's change of mind.
If the reason for the return is due to selecting the wrong size or color, we cannot accommodate this request, as we are a "Print on Demand" clothing brand, meaning we print items after an order is placed. Please ensure you select the correct size by checking our Size Charts, as we will not exchange, return, or refund any wrong-size items.




Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges as we are a "Print on Demand" clothing brand which means that we print the items after an order is placed.
Shipping
The original shipping costs may not be refunded if you are elegible to get a refund.
